Boots, Boots, and more Boots

Well, we are finally all well! And I finally am figuring out our video camera. Here are some pictures I took on it. Don't ask me how to get video off it yet, I'm still working on that part. As you can see, Darcy has acquired a fascination with boots. Mine, Doug's, hers, she doesn't care. She loves to put "big" boots on and walk around the house until she falls.

We were recently in Bellville with the Pfeffers for a wedding shower and their wildflowers are already blooming, even the bluebonnets! So we frollicked out in the field with the dogs for a bit. Here is Darcy with Grandpa and Brusky.
And, again, Darcy in her boots this time. We were actually headed to town and actually had a dress on and looked like a girl... and couldn't get her out of the rubber boots. So we wore them to town. Although we did switch them out for different shoes while she was asleep in the car.

And this picture is just for Auntie Hilary. We are still enjoying the car with the breeze in our hair. She's getting better at moving it around and also uses it to hold all the rocks she picks up while she's not taking a drive.

Somehow April has suddenly filled up very fast. We'll be doing more traveling this month than we usually do all year. Doug, of course, is complaining, but he'll survive. And since the DVD player on our laptop went out, we had to order a portable DVD player for Darcy. Because a movie is a MUST on a long road trip. So for those of you who may have a young family, or are going to start one soon, pay the little bit of extra money for the DVD in the family car. It's worth it!! Until next time, hope you enjoy the pictures...
